TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is a flexible, rubber-like filament that combines the elasticity of rubber with the durability of plastic. Its exceptional wear resistance and ability to absorb impacts make it perfect for flexible applications.

Critical Tips

Direct Drive Required: Bowden setups struggle with flexible filament
Print Slow: 15-30mm/s max to prevent binding
Minimal Retraction: Too much retraction causes jamming
Tension: Reduce extruder tension to prevent filament squishing
Store Dry: TPU absorbs moisture quickly
