3 Tips for Maximum PETG Durability
Dry your filament
PETG is hygroscopic. Wet filament causes steam bubbles inside the plastic, which drastically weakens layer adhesion. Even "new" rolls should be dried for 4-6h.
Print it Hot
For strength, you want the layers to melt together perfectly. Print at the upper end of the manufacturer's range and keep the cooling fan low (20-40%).
